Q. enuerry related to results

university has conducted our M COM FOURTH SEM exams so early with a promise that they will declare result timely in october but even yet results of third sem has not been declared so how could we expect that results of fourth sem will be declared timely .This will really effect our future plans then who will be responsible for this
